Optional website analytics
ClaimPilot uses optional website analytics only when you choose Accept analytics. These analytics help us understand how people find and use our public website, including page visits, general traffic source, engagement with pricing and frequently asked questions, and selections of links such as Start Free Claim Discovery or Log In.
When analytics are accepted, ClaimPilot may store campaign information and a random, pseudonymous attribution identifier for the current browser session. This helps us understand whether a public-site visit leads to general milestones in the ClaimPilot application.
Information we keep out of analytics
ClaimPilot does not send names, email addresses, diagnoses, disability information, Social Security numbers, application answers, medical information, generated forms, or other claimant content to website analytics.
Your choice controls collection
Google Analytics does not load, campaign-attribution information is not stored, and an attribution identifier is not created unless you accept analytics. You may reject non-essential analytics without losing access to the public website or ClaimPilot application.
You can review or change your choice at any time through the link in the website footer.
Advertising features remain off
Advertising storage, personalized advertising, Google Signals, granular location and device collection, and Meta Pixel are not enabled under this policy.
